In accordance with data protection regulations, the information you provide in this form is intended for Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France – School of Design, based on your consent, in order to process your request for information and assist you with your orientation, contact you by telephone and send you emails promoting training courses and events organised by the school. Your data may be communicated to the admissions department, the Digital Department and other departments concerned by your request, as well as to our subcontractors. The data is kept for 3 years and then archived and stored in accordance with the rules applicable to public archives. You may exercise your right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data by emailing dpo@uphf.fr or ecolededesign@uphf.fr. You may also exercise your right to data portability. Where applicable, you may exercise your right to object at any time and withdraw your consent. If you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
